Memberships may be put on pause to account for injury, illness, or extended vacation. However, the holds will amount to no more than 4 months total time per year. If you put your account on hold and the period exceeds 4 months, your membership may be subject to cancellation without further notice.

Sprout, Bloom and Thrive memberships have a rollover feature. Any credits you do not use in the current month will be rolled over and usable for 1 additional month.
