Please send a booking request by booking your desired appointment time.
Massage appointments require 24 hours notice for cancelation/rescheduling. If we are able to fill your spot, we may be able to forgive the cancellation fee.
No Shows & Late Cancelations result in a full charge for the booked appointment.
The instructor or massage therapist will approve the appointment or contact you with an alternative time slot.
If the online booking is too limited for your schedule, please contact us and we will work with you to find a time.

Shae Coleman
Shae is a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, and has been practicing massage in Washington since 2022. She blends a variety of techniques to address each clients needs. She considers herself a medium to deep pressure therapist, and playfully refers to her work as a “deep squish.” She understands each client is different, and believes bodywork should reflect that! She is big on communication and encourages a sense of collaboration during sessions.
She employs a variety of deep tissue and Swedish techniques, and enjoys working with tools such a Thera-gun, silicon or plastic cups, and stone scraping tools.
