Hot Yoga
Holos is the one and only hot yoga studio in the Longview/Kelso area! We use infrared panels secure in the ceiling to provide radiant, sun-like heat.
Why Infrared?
Infrared heat has been known to increase circulation and flexibility, aid in weight loss, and allow for greater range of motion. It directly penetrates tissues, muscles and joints, allowing them to heal and regenerate through a combination increased circulation, oxygenation and detoxification. Rather than warming the air alone, infrared panels warm the room, feeling more like the sun.

Hot Power Flow
Hot Slow Flow
Hot Deep Stretch
Core Classes:
Some of these are offered both heated and non-heated.
Check the live schedule for specifics!
Vinyasa: A practice of flowing asanas (poses). Focus on breathwork, strength, flexibility and balance. Vinyasa tends to have a somewhat repetitive sequence that builds into more challenging versions as you go. Somewhat intermediate; some experience helpful but not required.
Hot Power Flow: Upbeat, Heated Vinyasa. (80-95+ degrees)
Slow Flow: Like vinyasa, but the pace is cut in half. Great for all levels.
Hatha: A traditional yoga practice which is less focused on a flowing sequence. Move a bit slower to build heat, increase strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Strength and Mobility: Focus on specific joints/muscle groups with stretchy straps, tennis balls, foam rollers, and other props. Repattern old habits and strengthen weak areas. Beginner friendly and up.
Deep Stretch: Yin/Restorative poses are held for minutes at a time. Use props to support your body, and allow your muscles to unwind. Meditative and grounding. Beginner friendly and up.
Yin + Nidra: Half Yin, half Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep” is a guided meditation style. Soothe the nervous system and learn how to deeply relax. All levels of experience.
Pop Pilates: A fun take on Pilates! A feel good hour of upbeat music, dance inspired movements, and a fair amount of core work. All levels of experience.
