  • Breana Beverly

    RYT 200

I completed my first 200RYT in September 2014 and have been guiding mindful movement practices since. I’ve also completed training for Sculpt and HIIT class styles, Imagination Yoga, Yin and trauma-informed teaching.

I will earn an additional 200RYT and Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL*F) training through Breathe For Change in June 2025.

Offering easily adaptable, creative sequencing & honoring the autonomy of each student is a strong value of my teaching practice.

  • Sarah Newman

    RYT 500, LMT #61285925

Sarah has been teaching Yoga for over 15 years and is a 500 hour graduate of ISHTA Yoga (Integrated, Science, Hatha, Tantra, Ayurveda), in NYC. Additionally, she has completed trainings in Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.

In Sarah's yoga classes, she focuses on connecting the subtle body with bigger movements. She encourages her students to be playful and not take the practice too seriously.

In addition to her group classes, Sarah is a skilled massage therapist, and teaches private and semi private sessions. These sessions can help with injury recovery, strength building, learning yoga poses, calming the nervous system, and more.

  • Brittney Starr

I have been teaching fitness for 14 years now. I became a certified Pop Pilates instructor in 2016. As long as I am dancing and burning calories, I am in my happy place.

I think it’s important to have fun while doing a workout. If you aren’t enjoying yourself, then working out isn’t worth it. Pop Pilates brings a full body workout with the fun of pop music to a dance workout on your mat. You will sweat and smile within an hour of this workout.

Some of my favorite moves consist of roll-ups, double d’s, and oil riggers. I am looking forward to finalizing my yoga Nidra certification this year, and this will be my very first certification in yoga.

How I’d describe my style: Creative and challenging, while remaining accessible!

My favorite class to take: Deeply relaxing, like Yin or Restorative.

  • Anna Pitkin

    RYT 200

I have been teaching since September 2024. I love teaching both vigorous Vinyasa practices as well as gentle, more meditative Hatha and Yin style classes.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for my students to practice yoga, gain strength and flexibility (body, mind and spirit) while nurturing a sense of well-being, in a fun, lighthearted way.
    Key words: supportive & nurturing

I love the intensity of Vinyasa class and also gentle, meditative classes. I can’t choose just one. Both Yin and Yang have their place!

Collective

The “collective” part of our name extends beyond our teaching team; it’s rooted in our desire to create a community. Our dream is to have many healing hands under one roof.

  • Above and Below Esthetics

As an experienced Esthetician and Paramedical Tattoo/PMU Artist, my passion lies in helping others achieve self-care and self-love.

I began my career as an RNA and manager of a group home. After 10 years, when my Aunt asked if I'd be interested in opening a spa in our home town, I leaped at the opportunity. In 2017, I graduated from Aveda Institute of Portland and 6 months later, we opened Catelyn's Place Day Spa in Kelso. I perfected my skill set, spread my wings, and in 2023, I opened Above and Below Esthetics.

Being an entrepreneur with four kids, I understand the importance of taking time for yourself! I have always loved caring for others and I strive to always create an environment where clients can feel heard, feel comfortable, and truly unwind.
