Book a session

Pick a class, any class.

Please pre-register for classes if you can, or at the very least, check the schedule before heading to class. We try to minimize cancellations as much as possible, but we are also humans. If we need to cancel class for any reason, you’ll get a text alert. If we cancel a class, you will not lose a credit.

Please remember our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you no show or late cancel, a credit may be deducted from your account.

Booking under short notice? You have a 3 hour grace period after booking to cancel/reschedule any class without losing your credit.

Please just let us know if an emergency of any kind occurs and we will work with you, of course!
